What is the Audit service?

The Audit service will begin with a comprehensive discussion with you, and others as appropriate, around your current people strategy and practices as well as your business goals, to gain a thorough understanding of your objectives and of how a well-crafted and implemented people strategy will be integral to helping you to achieve these.

The second phase of the Audit will compose a thorough review of all current people practices.  Flexibility in which areas are covered, based on discussion with you, will be important; however, the usual areas to be reviewed will include the following (click each area for details):

• Terms and Conditions of Employment - including employment contracts

• Recruitment and Selection

• HR Policies and Procedures

• Performance Management Practices

• Employee Relations

• Record Keeping

Following the review, you will be given a full set of Recommendations to ensure your business is maximising opportunities to increase profitability through efficient and effective people practices.  Macintosh HR may be able to assist you, following discussion with you, with implementing these recommendations.
